With our classes, we want you to experience a practice that leaves you reconnected to the soles of your feet and the Earth below you. What To Expect In Our Beginner’s Yoga Classes

No matter which of our yoga classes you take, we can assure that you’ll feel comfortable and capable in our space. Our yoga classes are tiny—we only allow five people maximum for each class—so you will always get an attentive, personalized experience.

We offer supports such as bolsters, blankets and other props to help personalize each class and help you achieve the most out of your practice. Additionally, our instructors are always available to suggest modifications to your comfort level.
