We’re located at the heart of Old Irving Park in Chicago—and we’re just a short distance from neighborhoods such as Logan Square, Avondale and Ravenswood. Our sessions support the human body’s innate capacity to heal itself while providing an intimate space to allow for learning that evokes tiny shifts in day-to-day life. Whether you’re seasoned at meditation or new to the practice, we welcome you into our space to build upon your practice in an authentic and energizing way.
