Finding the right yoga studio for you is important. We invite you to explore our space to see how it can be the perfect fit for you. We are proud to be a community-driven Chicago yoga studio that’s easily accessible from many neighborhoods in the city.

We are centrally located on the Northwest side of Chicago in the heart of Old Irving Park. Our space is on Pulaski Road and is just a short distance from Avondale, Ravenswood and Logan Square, making it the perfect location for your yoga practice.

We openly welcome out-of-town guests to try our space, too. We hope to be a stop on your journey in our beautiful city of Chicago.

From beginner’s yoga to more advanced class options, we invite you to flow with us in an enriching space that can help you connect with your body and breath. We have props and modifications to offer proper alignment and help you ease into postures so your practice is personalized just for you.

Free Yoga Classes: Join Our Community Practice

Community is a crucial part of our well-being. To expand upon our community here in Chicago, we offer free classes and events. Join us at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesdays for a free yoga class and a chance to experience our space.  We also host special free events and workshops for the community to enjoy—check our schedule page for the most up-to-date information.
